marvelous frustration : Ideal Pet Products 15-by-20-Inch Aluminum Super-Large Deluxe Pet Door with Telescoping Frame
positive note, recd item 3 days before they said it would be shipped. Ordered door for a friend, recd door as ordered, however, door was not same as depicted on website, also sliding security door was dented top left corner, this due to improper packageing by mfg and improper packaging for shipmnet by amazon as well. Desc of item states locking door is made of abs thermo ins. Matl when in fact it is made of a solid piece of steel and looks nothing at all like photograph on website. Friend said keep it anyway and setup it. Now the fun part, instructions state it takes 20 minutes or so to install,well, good luck. If you happpen to have some spare bolts around that are long sufficient and will fit in to the tamper proof nuts they supply your in luck, because the ones they supply are not long sufficient for a approved steel insulated six panel covering door that met their measurements for allowable installation. I only gave it three stars because i made t work. If i had ordered this item for myself, i would have sent it back and gotten my money back.
